Tesla’s Cybercab is designed from the ground up as an autonomous robotaxi, with no steering wheel or pedals, a target price of around $30,000, Starlink connectivity, and highly efficient energy use. Tesla is also targeting wireless charging and faster production through its new Unboxed manufacturing process.
If Tesla delivers on these goals, Cybercab could shift transportation toward purpose-built autonomous vehicles rather than traditional cars adapted for self-driving.
