Tesla has released a short crash-test video showing the Cybercab undergoing several demanding impact tests, including a roof impact, side-airbag deployment, and rear barrier collision. The footage highlights the vehicle’s structural design and safety systems despite its unusual architecture with no steering wheel or pedals.
Tesla says the Cybercab is engineered to be the safest car on the road, but independent testing and real-world safety results will ultimately determine how that claim holds up.
