Tesla Roadster May Finally Take Flight

Tesla is reportedly preparing to demonstrate its next-generation Roadster this month at SpaceX’s rocket test site in McGregor, Texas. The remotely operated demonstration could feature SpaceX-developed cold-gas thrusters lifting the Roadster off the ground, although Tesla has warned the test could face challenges.

If successful, it would showcase one of the most unusual features ever proposed for a production car but the Roadster still has to make it into production.
