Tesla’s latest Impact Report says Full Self-Driving (Supervised) is about 5% more energy-efficient than human drivers after analyzing 65 million miles driven in 2025. The report attributes the improvement to smoother acceleration and optimized speed control, with the biggest efficiency gains at 25–35 mph.
More efficient driving can extend range, reduce energy consumption, and lower overall EV emissions.
