Tesla in Norway: 53.4% Market Share in the First Week of March… The Other Brands Are Now Officially Selling Air Fresheners

Norway just dropped the most savage sales chart of 2026:

First week of March → Tesla sold more cars than EVERY OTHER BRAND COMBINED 53.4% market share. The rest of the industry: 46.6%… which is basically “please sir, can we have some scraps?”

YTD Tesla now at 22.4% overall share (+56% YoY) Romania, Finland, Portugal going triple-digit growth like “Norway showed us the way, we’re sprinting”

Meanwhile legacy automakers watching the numbers: “We spent billions on EVs… and Norway said ‘nah, we’ll take 53% Tesla thanks’”

Norwegian buyer: “I want electric, safe, fast charging, and preferably made by the guy who also launches rockets.”

Everyone else: “We have heated seats and a 7-year warranty…”

Norway: “Cool story. Next!”

At this rate Norway will hit 100% Tesla by Christmas and start renaming gas stations to “Tesla Supercharger Memorial Parks”.
