Tesla just shared the most wholesome (and savage) customer message ever:
An 88-year-old woman (turning 89 in January) bought a Model Y in September and dropped this gem:
“I use FSD constantly, and I hope I can continue using it for the next 10 years.”
Translation: Grandma just told the entire world she plans to outlive most of her grandkids’ attention spans… and she’s doing it hands-free on Full Self-Driving.
Meanwhile, her family group chat:
- “Nana, maybe don’t trust the robot so much?”
- Nana: “Honey, the robot hasn’t crashed once. Unlike your cousin’s driving last Thanksgiving.”
This woman didn’t just buy a car. She bought independence, a chauffeur that never talks back, and apparently a 10-year plan to keep embarrassing the younger generation with better parallel parking than they’ll ever manage.
Tesla: “We make electric cars.” Also Tesla: “We make grandmas unstoppable.”
Here’s to Nana and her Model Y outlasting everyone’s New Year’s resolutions. May her FSD stay glitch-free and her coffee stay hot for another decade! ☕🚗
